Pedal The Plains is excited to partner with Colorado Creative Industries (CCI), who will award a $1,000 art grant in each community to help fund a Host Community Art Initiative. The Host Community Art Initiative is a special component of Pedal The Plains and designed to share the story of landscapes, landmarks and life as it is now and how it used to be on the Plains. Not only will this create a lasting legacy in the area, but the process will also establish a model for future public art endeavors and unite communities in a celebration of unique assets. This is the fourth year that the Art Initiative has been a part of Pedal The Plains and its popularity continues to grow.
